This is how 97 Studios handles the details you give us.

What we collect

The name, mobile number, email, and business name you enter on our forms, the plan and look you picked, the page you came from, and basic ad tracking data such as which ad brought you here.

How we use it

• To text or call you about the website preview you asked for.
• To build your preview and, if you go ahead, your website.
• To measure which ads work.

Who sees it

Our team and the services we use to store your details and send alerts. We do not sell your information.

Files you upload

Logos and photos you upload are stored with our file storage provider and shown on your site. We do not use them for anything else. Ask us and we remove them.

Web address searches

When you search for a web address, the name you type is checked against public domain records. We keep the name you choose with your order.

Your agreement record

When you agree to our Terms we save the time, your IP address, your device, and the version you agreed to, so we both have proof of what was agreed.

Emails and texts

We email you from contact@97studios.co: a copy of your agreement, your preview and final links, and updates about launching your site. We text you about your site too. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts.

Payments

If you save a card, it is stored by Square, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. Billing is handled by Magic Fresh LLC (Magic Fresh Cleaning), Romeoville, Illinois.

By sending a form you agree to be contacted about your website. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
